What we collect

The form or email may include name, email, company, category of interest and message. We also collect minimal technical data needed to operate the site and answer messages. After you opt in, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and receives page views with query details removed and a persistent pseudonymous identifier. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, or search terms to Google Analytics. You can reject or withdraw website analytics from Cookie settings; advertising signals remain off.

What we use it for

• Reply to assessment or agreement requests.
• Prepare the scope of a Kit Consulting service or a Kit Digital solution.
• Keep the engagement file when there is a contract.

Basis and retention

Legitimate interest and, when there is a contract, performance of the contract. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply and, if there is an engagement, the legal invoicing and aid-justification period.
