What we collect

The form or email may include name, email, company, category of interest and message. We also collect minimal technical data needed to operate the site and answer messages. If you allow analytics, we keep an approximate source and medium plus the page type and language in this browser tab. When you submit the contact form, this context is attached to the enquiry record and sent to Google Analytics only after a successful submission; an unrecognised source is marked unknown, not assumed to be direct. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and receives page views without query details and a persistent pseudonymous identifier. It never receives form contents, names, email addresses or search terms. You can reject or withdraw website analytics from Cookie settings; advertising signals remain off.

What we use it for

• Reply to assessment or agreement requests.
• Prepare the scope of a Kit Consulting service or a Kit Digital solution.
• Keep the engagement file when there is a contract.

Basis and retention

Legitimate interest and, when there is a contract, performance of the contract. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply and, if there is an engagement, the legal invoicing and aid-justification period.
