Kit Digital does not turn Word into a SIF
“Fund Verifactu with Kit Digital”. The slogan travels. The useful AEAT sentence is narrower: in the SIF/VERI*FACTU FAQ (updated 21 July 2026) it places billing systems in Kit Digital’s process-management solution, and points to the Agency’s free VERI*FACTU app.
That does not say every processes voucher — or “processes with AI” — is a SIF. It does not say the agent sells “homologated Verifactu” software with a recovery-plan logo. It does not open a new call. Order TDF/39/2026 lets Red.es reinvest leftovers; it does not rewrite the solutions annex or the RRSIF.
This page maps the Red.es catalogue to the billing-systems regulation. It does not replace the AEAT sede. Adhesion is in progress. We do not claim Adherido.
What the AEAT said — and what not to stretch
The FAQ lists ways to meet Royal Decree 1007/2023: a market SIF (free or paid, on-premise, remote or cloud), an in-house SIF, or the AEAT’s basic app (RRSIF article 7.b) if its functions are enough. You may also delegate material issuance to a third party or to the customer, who then must meet the regulation.
In the same block, for a small business, it cites Kit Digital Segment III (0 to under 3 employees), €2,000, process management, and a request deadline of 31 October 2025. That is the date the FAQ still cites in July 2026. Do not turn it into “the window is open today”. Check the Red.es sede. TDF/39/2026 allows new proposals if credit remains; it is not a form this site can open.
The same FAQ adds that the AEAT app might later help with B2B e-invoices. “Might later” is not Crea y Crece ready. Verifactu and e-invoicing are different drawers.
What a SIF must do (not a slide)
- Generate an Alta file per invoice issued, with integrity, conservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability and inalterability.
- Print a QR code under the regulation and its ministerial order.
- Be able to talk to the AEAT to send records (VERI*FACTU mode or others provided).
- Not delete or alter records already generated: a correction is a later record, not undo.
- If it processes personal data, separate tax access from other confidential information.
- Log certain events, unless it runs in VERI*FACTU mode.
Software that lets you delete an invoice and reissue the number fails. Word fails. A spreadsheet you “already control” fails. A supplier-invoice OCR reader fails: it does not issue. It reads what you are sent.
What is on our catalogue — and what is not
These pages list process management and process management with associated AI. There is no “e-invoice” or “Verifactu SIF” slug. If the case is stopping Word invoices, the work — when it fits — is implanting an issuance flow under processes: a compliant programme, numbering, QR, who presses issue, training. If the case is retyping supplier invoices, the work is capture, with the invoice OCR reader and a human queue.
Red.es does publish an e-invoicing category in the official catalogue. That is the Crea y Crece line (structured exchange), not a SIF shortcut. We do not list it as our sheet. We do not use it to sell OCR. We do not promise billing-software homologation: that is the vendor before the AEAT, not the agent.
Amounts: the Segment III the FAQ cites is €2,000. Other segments have other caps. We do not invent a €6,000 “Verifactu voucher”. Kit Consulting advisory at €6,000 is another programme (10 to 250 staff) and another annex.
Deadlines Kit Digital does not move
Royal Decree-law 15/2025 set SIF adaptation: Corporate Income Tax filers before 1 January 2027; everyone else in scope — including most self-employed — before 1 July 2027. Common-regime territory. The Basque Country and Navarre sit outside this rule. A voucher does not bring those dates forward or push them back.
Vendors have their own certification and go-to-market calendar. “Our software is ready” is not your date. Ask: does this programme issue my invoices? In which mode? What happens to the Word invoices already sent? Can records be deleted?
How not to buy a pack
- Verifactu is not B2B e-invoicing.
- Verifactu is not certified digitisation or a licence to shred paper.
- Inbound OCR is not an outbound SIF.
- Process management with AI is not a SIF because someone recited “AI”.
- A closed call does not reopen because a salesperson emailed TDF/39.
If you invoice little, try the AEAT’s free app in a test setting. If you invoice a lot, pick a market SIF that cannot delete, and a flow the team uses on Monday. Kit Digital, if there is a voucher and adhesion, may fund part of implanting the process flow. It does not fund an accounting miracle.
Frequently asked questions
Does Kit Digital pay for Verifactu?
The AEAT places the SIF under process management. The voucher may fund a process flow if there is an agreement, justification and — in our case — an adhesion decision. It does not “pay for Verifactu” as a stamp. It does not homologate the programme.
Is there an “e-invoice” category on this site?
Not as a sheet. Red.es’s official catalogue does have that line (B2B exchange). Here, issuance or capture work, if it fits, lives under process management. Crea y Crece is a different page.
Does OCR count as a SIF?
No. The invoice OCR reader reads inbound invoices. The RRSIF covers the system you issue with.
Is the Segment III window the AEAT cites still open?
The FAQ cites 31 October 2025 and €2,000. We do not claim that window is open today. Check the Red.es sede. TDF/39/2026 is leftover funds and new proposals, not a form on this site.
